About Us

Three years ago, TekSense began as a small group of determined students who loved engineering but struggled to keep the team going year after year. With limited hands, the work was heavy — building, coding, outreach, and documentation all at once. They had passion, but they needed people.

Meanwhile, LEGO Tronics was rising through the ranks of FLL. Strong Core Values, disciplined teamwork, and back-to-back awards proved they were ready for something bigger. They were searching for their next step — a place to grow beyond LEGO and challenge themselves with true engineering.

This season, our paths crossed.
And everything changed.

When the two teams met, the chemistry was instant. TekSense had experience. LEGO Tronics had fresh energy. Together, the strengths of both teams balanced the weaknesses of each.

  • TekSense offered 3 years of FTC knowledge — build systems, judges, awards, strategy.

  • LEGO Tronics brought precision, discipline, documentation skills, and strong problem-solving habits from FLL.

  • Together we gained new drivers, new builders, new coders, and new leaders.

What began as a few joint meetings quickly became a fully united team — one vision, one robot, one shared dream.

Today, we aren’t two teams.
We are one super-team.
A sustainable, multi-age pipeline from FLL → FTC.

Our merged team now mentors younger students, supports school robotics programs, and actively recruits the next generation of engineers. Every scrimmage we host, every workshop we run, every outreach we deliver — it all serves the same purpose:

To grow FTC in our region and build a team that survives long after we graduate.

This is our recruitment story:
A story of collaboration, mentorship, and the power of combining strengths.

We joined forces not just to build a robot — but to build a legacy.
